Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during OB and OR procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments for patient safety
Float between OB and OR units to support dynamic patient needs
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
Handle surgical instruments and supplies with expertise

Qualifications

Active Surgical Tech certification or license
OB and OR experience required
Ability to provide two supervisory references (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)
Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
Experience floating between OB and OR specialties
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in fast-paced surgical settings
