Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Evaluate and treat patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Create personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Support occasional acute inpatient needs when the team needs backup

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license
BLS certification required
Some pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and best practices
Outpatient therapy protocols and documentation standards
Treatment approaches for developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic conditions
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
