Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful rehab plans
- Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, and peds cases
- Support patients through recovery journeys from spinal cord injuries to stroke rehabilitation
- Contribute to specialty programs such as lymphedema care when in outpatient clinics
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday rotations
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Experience with diverse diagnoses including ortho, neuro, and cardiac patients
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR documentation
- Ability to adapt to both hospital-based and free-standing clinic settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
