Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 12 patients daily
- Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and general cases in a welcoming small-town setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs to provide comprehensive care
- Support acute inpatient needs when opportunities arise to broaden your clinical impact
- Create tailored treatment plans that help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence
Qualifications
- Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient physical therapy skills
- Ability to manage a variety of orthopedic and general diagnoses
- Comfort working independently in a small-town clinic environment
- Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
