Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to provide comprehensive patient care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team
Support patients on their journey to recovery in a critical access hospital setting

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
New graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-surgical patients
Comfortable managing wound care and VAC therapy cases
Able to handle a mix of acute, skilled, and outpatient therapy needs
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
