Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population including COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and surgical patients
- Interpret telemetry strips and sign documentation at least once per shift
- Collaborate with remote monitor techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Float to East Campus or PCU when qualified, expanding your clinical skill set
- Deliver safe medication administration including set-rate drips like Diltiazem
- Support patients through general, orthopedic, and spinal surgical recovery journeys
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience reading basic telemetry strips
- Some experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA preferred
- Cerner experience recommended
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and strip documentation
- Care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Familiarity with BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen equipment
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to float between units and campuses as needed
