Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Perform bedside swallow studies and support safe nutrition plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document care accurately using Cerner Powerchart EMR
Float between inpatient, outpatient, and rehab settings as needed
Provide compassionate care to stroke, TBI, neuro, and trauma patients

Qualifications

Current CCC-SLP certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of experience preferred
Experience with bedside swallow studies required
Video swallowing studies experience preferred
Trauma experience preferred
Travel experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with Cerner Powerchart EMR
Ability to manage varied caseloads across settings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working with stroke, neuro, and trauma populations
