Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and after hours; may include standard hours, overtime, and floating to other areas or sites

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise
Guide patients through ADL retraining and home safety education
Collaborate with the care team to develop and enhance treatment programs
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Float to different areas and sites as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license from a participating National Licensure Compact state
Current BLS certification
Dry Needling Certification required if performing dry needling
Prior experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings preferred
Familiarity with EMR documentation preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Neuromuscular re-education techniques
Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
ADL retraining and patient education
Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
