Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) with patience and respect
Monitor and record resident conditions and vital signs accurately and promptly
Document care and observations clearly in the medical record to support clinical decisions
Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and family members to coordinate care
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures to protect residents

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability to work the scheduled nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
Local candidates only (per order notes)
Reliable, professional, and committed to compassionate resident care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs collection and reporting
Accurate charting and documentation practices
Strong communication and teamwork within a clinical setting
Infection control and patient safety awareness
