Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Contribute to a positive and healing environment for every patient

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Experience in outpatient or clinical settings is a plus
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for helping others achieve their communication goals

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical expertise in speech and language assessment and therapy
Knowledge of swallowing disorders and treatment approaches
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
