Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on orthopedic conditions and general variety.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

Active or eligible Oregon Physical Therapy license (license not required at time of submittal).
Current BLS certification.
Outpatient experience required; acute inpatient experience is a plus.
Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
Ability to adapt to a varied caseload in a small-town setting.
