Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents' conditions and responses to care
Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure comprehensive care plans
Maintain accurate electronic health records using PointClickCare
Support a home-like environment with strong teamwork and work ethics

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota (or compact license eligible)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Must pass background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PointClickCare EHR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of IV therapy (minimal IV meds)
