Location: Lincoln, NE

End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; call every other weekend (Friday 7:00 PM - Saturday 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM - Sunday 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM - Monday 7:00 AM) and rotating weekday call (2 nights, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform general ultrasound exams, breast biopsies, and interventional procedures
Assist in OR cases and NICU baby imaging including heads, kidneys, and spines
Operate Siemens Sequoia equipment and manage PACS/EPIC systems
Communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnoses
Transport patients to other modalities when volumes are low
Maintain probe cleaning using Trophon equipment

Qualifications

ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience in abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound
Ability to perform breast imaging and procedures
Familiarity with NICU imaging - neonatal heads, kidneys, and spine
Driver's license required (to verify 50-mile radius for local contract)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Doppler ultrasound and breast ultrasound
Comfortable using Siemens ultrasound equipment and PACS
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EPIC proficiency preferred
