Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
Adhere to departmental and hospital policies and standards of nursing practice
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and utilize equipment like Meditech and Pyxis

Qualifications

Active Alaska state RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least 3 years of Med-Surg experience with strong critical thinking skills
Familiarity with Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in the nursing process and patient care management
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with electronic health records and medication systems
