Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
BLS certification required
Experience in outpatient or acute care preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-centered approach with empathy and compassion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic medical records
