Location: Durango, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4x10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with weekend and on-call requirements

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform general and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations with precision and care
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures including drains and biopsies
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic results
Maintain high-quality imaging and patient comfort throughout exams
Document and report findings in EPIC and PACS systems

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with specialty in General or OB/GYN
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general and OB/GYN ultrasound
Proficiency in ultrasound-guided procedures such as drains and biopsies
Current BLS certification
Vascular experience (RVT) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of general and OB/GYN ultrasound protocols
Skill in performing ultrasound-guided procedures
Familiarity with Phillips ultrasound equipment
Proficient in EPIC and Fuji PACS
Excellent patient communication and assessment skills
