Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance conditions
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
Current BLS certification from AHA
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to manage 9-11 patients per day with efficiency and compassion

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics and neurology
Proficient in computerized documentation and scheduling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
