Shift Type: Various shifts (8s, 10s, 12s) including weekends and call; specific schedule provided upon interview

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic X-ray procedures with precision and care
Operate advanced imaging equipment, including Philips iPatient 64 and big bore 16 scanners
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results
Maintain detailed patient records and equipment logs using Cerner EMR
Thrive in a fast-paced environment covering OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech required; first-time travelers welcome
Active ARRT certification and California state license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Fluoroscopy permit (Fluro) required for California
CT experience mandatory; Level II Trauma experience preferred
Ability to hit the ground running and work independently

Knowledge & Skills

Expert knowledge of CT and X-ray imaging techniques and protocols
Proficient with Cerner EMR and Philips imaging systems
Strong communication and patient care skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
