Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert physical therapy evaluations and 1:1 treatments in an outpatient setting
Manage a diverse caseload of orthopedic patients, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs and rehab aides for seamless patient care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and pain management
Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with patients and providers

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or compact privilege required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Solid experience in outpatient orthopedics with a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to manage a caseload of 9-10 patients per day with 45-minute 1:1 sessions

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy
Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and functional training
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment
