Location: Williston, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for laboring, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
Titrate critical drips including Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate
Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond to changes in patient status
Float to MedSurg and ER units as needed, ensuring continuity of care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality obstetric and neonatal care
Perform couplet care and support new families with education and resources

Qualifications

Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
At least one year of recent LDRP experience required
Previous travel experience highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation and AWHONN guidelines
Experience with Meditech EMR, TraceView, and Philips telemetry
Skilled in titrating Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium drips
Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Comfortable floating to MedSurg and ER departments
