Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a trusted CNA
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection prevention practices
Support patient comfort and dignity while encouraging independence

Qualifications

Current California CNA certification or equivalent required
Valid identification and ability to pass required background checks
Comfortable working a 12-hour day shift and managing physical care tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous CNA experience preferred but motivated new CNAs are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completed CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and comfort techniques
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Assisting with transfers and mobility support
Clear documentation and handoff communication
Infection control and standard safety practices
Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy
