Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform detailed anatomical surveys and fetal echocardiograms with precision and compassion
• Conduct biophysical profiles (BPP), fetal growth assessments, and umbilical artery dopplers
• Provide ultrasound guidance for amniocentesis and other procedures when needed
• Perform transvaginal and first trimester ultrasounds as clinically indicated
• Operate and optimize imaging on GE E10 and Expert 22 systems
• Document findings accurately in Viewpoint and Epic and report to the in-office MFM provider
• Prioritize and manage a limited caseload of complex scans in alignment with unit policy

Qualifications

• RDMS (OB/GYN) required
• ARDMS certification required
• BLS (AHA) current required
• Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) required
• Fetal echo (FE) experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sonography experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong skills in fetal echocardiography and detailed anatomical surveys
• Proficient with Viewpoint and Epic charting systems
• Experience using GE E10 and Expert 22 ultrasound platforms
• Comfortable performing transvaginal and first trimester scans
• Ability to perform umbilical artery dopplers, BPPs, and fetal growth assessments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with MFM providers
