Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during assigned shift
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes clearly to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed on shift

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or eligibility to obtain one
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Per diem availability for the scheduled shift date (04/18/2026)
Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude
Previous experience in acute care or relevant clinical setting preferred

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical documentation
Medication administration and IV therapy basics
Infection prevention and safe clinical practice
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and prioritization during a 12-hour shift
