Location: Williston, North Dakota

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to LDRP patients including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Interpret fetal heart strips and titrate drips such as Pitocin, Magnesium, and Insulin
Float to MedSurg and ER as needed to support hospital-wide patient care
Collaborate with charge nurse, CNAs, and other team members to ensure safe, quality outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR and use TraceView/PIP EFM system

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience preferred
Previous travel experience highly valued
BLS required; ACLS, NRP, STABLE preferred
Ability to adapt to changing patient assignments and float to other units

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring and strip interpretation skills
Critical thinking and clinical decision-making
Proficiency with Meditech EMR and Phillips tele monitors
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with high-acuity obstetric patients and drips
