Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on upper extremity therapy
Develop individualized treatment plans for shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehabilitation aides and other healthcare professionals
Provide patient education and home exercise programs

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, specifically upper extremity therapy
Ability to treat an average of 12 patients per day

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity therapy techniques
Knowledge of shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, and fracture management
Lymphedema training is a plus
Proficiency in ReDoc and Meditech documentation
Excellent communication and patient education skills
