Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures with precision
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
Operate GE and Phillips imaging equipment to capture high-quality images
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following ALARA principles

Qualifications

Current WA state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
BLS certification from AHA
Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
Proficiency with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS systems
Experience with IV insertion and stress testing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in nuclear medicine imaging and safety protocols
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with GE and Phillips imaging systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
