Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and optimize clinical information systems to improve patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient clinical workflows
Provide training and support for electronic health record (EHR) systems to maximize usability
Analyze clinical data to drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient data privacy regulations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience with clinical informatics or electronic health record systems
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a passion for improving healthcare through technology

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical informatics tools
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
