Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varying hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, neuro, vestibular, and geriatric patients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain function and independence
Collaborate with PTAs, rehab techs, and the care team to ensure coordinated care
Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
Provide patient and family education for home exercise programs and fall prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or compact eligibility
BLS and CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Experience with EMR systems
Comfort treating a variety of diagnoses including ortho, neuro, and vestibular conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
Vestibular rehabilitation and fall prevention expertise
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
