Shift Type: Rotating shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation, 30-minute on-call response

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging studies including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Operate GE and Toshiba scanners with precision and care
Float to Mercy Southwest location as needed (approximately 6.5 miles away)
Ensure high-quality images for accurate diagnosis
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech
Current BLS certification
ARRT certification required
Proficiency with GE and Toshiba equipment
Experience with Radnet and Merge Unity PACS systems

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in X-ray imaging techniques
Knowledge of anatomy and positioning
Ability to start IVs (not required for this role)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Familiarity with EMR and PACS systems
