Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients in a 26-bed inpatient unit
- Maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 while delivering personalized treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients aged 55+ with conditions like dementia and bipolar disorder
- Monitor patient safety and respond appropriately in a specialized psych environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Utah or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in behavioral health or psych nursing preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
