Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on therapy that helps patients regain strength and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized rehab plans
- Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
- Guide patients through recovery from strokes, spinal injuries, and orthopedic procedures
- Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Ability to manage a varied caseload including neuro, ortho, and general medical patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
