Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as an LCSW in a dynamic healthcare setting
Coordinate care plans and connect patients with vital community resources
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
Support patients and families through challenging times with empathy and expertise

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 Certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities in California
Strong communication and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in involuntary psychiatric evaluation and 72-hour hold protocols
Ability to complete required 5150 training and pass certification exam with 80% score
Comfortable working in psychiatric and care coordination settings
Professional business casual attire and white lab coat provided
