Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy care to 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient patients
Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Create meaningful connections with patients while supporting their recovery journey

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques
Inpatient care protocols
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Documentation and progress tracking
Compassionate patient-centered care
