Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, and robotics
Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values safety, longevity, and genuine camaraderie
Float to pre/post-op, PACU, or ER trauma when needed, showcasing your versatility and adaptability
Educate and support colleagues while sharing your expertise in a positive, team-oriented environment
Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery and robotics
Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with a 90 percent score during orientation
Willingness to work call shifts including one night per week and rotating weekends
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Comfort working in a 7-OR, 2-endo suite environment without specialized teams
Knowledge of Da Vinci robotics and a wide range of adult, pediatric, and obstetric procedures
Strong teamwork and flexibility to adapt to daily schedule changes
Commitment to patient safety and a positive, supportive workplace culture
