Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily
Perform modified video swallow studies with precision and care
Support adults in acute care settings with communication and swallowing needs
Assist premature infants in the NICU with feeding development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathology license in California
Experience performing modified video swallow studies required
Comfort working with both adult and neonatal populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified video swallow study expertise
Acute care speech therapy experience
NICU feeding support knowledge
Patient-centered communication approach
Interdisciplinary collaboration skills
