Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, team scheduling with weekend requirements every third weekend for days and every other weekend for nights

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients from neonates through geriatrics across all inpatient floors
• Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry procedures
• Manage ventilators including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion systems with specialized applications
• Operate BiPAP equipment including Vision, V60, V30, and Respironics S/T devices
• Deliver high-flow therapy using Airvo2 systems
• Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists available 24/7 for optimal patient outcomes
• Float throughout the hospital in respiratory therapy capacity as needed

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS preferred
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required for radius verification
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Cannot be currently employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility
