Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as charge nurse overseeing daily patient care and staff coordination
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform wound care and ongoing patient assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Provide compassionate support to long-term residents and their families

Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Dakota (or compact state)
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year Long Term Care experience

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
