Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts, one day off per week, 36 hours/week)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nursing duties in interventional radiology, including assisting with angiograms, biopsies, and neuro endovascular procedures
Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-procedure, including critical care and telemetry patients
Collaborate with IR techs, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound teams for seamless patient care
Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
Minimum 1-2 years of Interventional Radiology or ICU experience with IR exposure
Neuro IR experience is a must
Level I Trauma experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Comfortable with sterile technique and passing SIMs lab assessments

Knowledge & Skills

Interventional Radiology procedures (body IR, neuro endovascular)
Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Sterile technique and central line dressing changes
Cerner EMR proficiency
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
