Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and staff assignments during assigned shifts
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing team
Manage bed capacity and staffing levels to optimize patient care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
