Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with rotating call responsibilities for weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care during cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
Administer sedation and monitor patients' vital signs throughout procedures
Collaborate with cardiologists and techs to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Respond to STEMI call emergencies as part of the on-call team
Utilize Maclab and Cerner for accurate documentation
Float to Chandler Regional if needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Must pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer
Previous Cath Lab or EP experience preferred, but we welcome experienced cardiac nurses willing to train
Must not have worked as a permanent staff employee at any CSH facility in the past 12 months

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
Sedation administration and monitoring
Dysrhythmia interpretation and recognition
Experience with Maclab and Cerner preferred
EP experience a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
