Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures using established protocols
Position patients safely and accurately to capture the required images
Operate imaging equipment and ensure proper image acquisition and quality
Maintain accurate patient records and enter images into PACS/EHR systems
Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies to protect patients and staff
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver excellent patient care
Participate in orientation activities and support onboarding of new staff

Qualifications

Current ARRT registration (or state equivalent) required
Missouri radiographer license or ability to obtain state licensure
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or willing to obtain
Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
Familiarity with standard radiographic procedures and positioning
Professional, punctual, and reliable with attention to detail

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or graduation from an accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
Knowledge of radiation safety principles and best practices
Experience with PACS and basic radiology IT systems
Ability to follow imaging protocols and troubleshoot common equipment issues
Good patient handling skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Basic familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards
