Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS vision and strategy to align systems and data practices with organizational goals
• Plan, budget, and manage HRIS projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Oversee and maintain integrations between HR systems and Parkland enterprise applications
• Partner with Office of Talent Management, Information Systems, and the CISO to drive secure, impactful HR technology initiatives
• Ensure continuity of functional services and excellent user support across the organization
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering leadership, accountability, and professional growth
• Translate business processes into clear requirements and implement best-practice solutions
• Monitor data integrity and drive data strategy to support reporting and decision making

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in HRIS (required), with proven Workday experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• UKG experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated project management and leadership experience
• Strong background in HR processes and HR operations
• Experience collaborating with information security teams and technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills
• Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history when submitting
