Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) with weekend rotation every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as directed (minimal IV involvement)
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to charge nurse
Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a home-like environment
Promote resident dignity and independence in daily activities

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota or compact state
BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Commitment to providing excellent patient care and teamwork

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PointClickCare or similar EMR systems
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
