Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support with dignity
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support patient mobility and fall prevention efforts
Document care activities clearly and communicate with the care team
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients
Build rapport with patients and families to promote comfort and trust

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required) — you know your stuff and we need you!
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and standing for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Previous experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and patient hygiene
Knowledgeable about vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observations
Familiar with infection control and patient safety practices
Team player with good communication and documentation habits
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
