Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and meals
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents' emotional and physical well-being through meaningful interactions
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver individualized care

Qualifications

Active Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1 year of long-term care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Skilled in the use of a PC and clinical databases
