Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift); specific days not specified

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and patient observations
Support mobility, bathing, dressing and feeding while promoting dignity
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
Communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team promptly
Document care thoroughly and accurately in patient records
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but not required
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass background check and any facility-required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
Skilled at taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Good documentation and basic charting skills
Reliable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate patient interaction and de-escalation skills
