Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with on-call requirements: weeknight call 1x/week, weekend call 1 weekend/month (Fri evening to Mon AM); 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor hemodynamics during cardiac, vascular, and neuro interventional procedures
Assist with conscious sedation, airway management, and cardiac drips such as Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors
Operate balloon pumps and prepare patients for cath lab procedures
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 2 techs and an RN per case
Participate in on-call rotations for emergent and inpatient cases

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification and Fluoroscopy license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience (we do not accept RCIS or CCT)
Comfortable with conscious sedation, procedural processes, and advanced cardiac drips

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in coronary, vascular, peripheral, and neuro interventions
Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and balloon pump management
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety
