Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver specialized NICU care including bubble CPAP for infants 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setup, and nebulizer treatments
Assist with intubations and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Strong NICU experience with Level 2 nursery competency
Proven ventilator management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP and Level 2 nursery care
ABG draws and BiPAP setup
Neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory support
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby assistance
