Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend high-risk deliveries to provide critical initial support for tiniest patients
Masterfully manage ventilators, from conventional to high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
Administer surfactant therapies that make a real difference in neonatal outcomes
Acquire and interpret blood gases with precision to guide life-saving decisions
Oversee Nitric Oxide administration to stabilize fragile little ones

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
At least 1 year of experience, with Level 3 NICU or 3-5 years Level 2 NICU strongly preferred
NRP certification required
STABLE certification a fantastic plus

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Drager VN500 ventilators, 3100A Oscillators, Mallinckrodt Nitric Oxide, and Vapotherms
Proficiency in Meditech and NeoNotes EMR systems
Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making in high-stakes NICU environment
Detail-oriented approach with a positive, team-player attitude
