Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week with 2 weekends per pay period requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma, burn, and surgical ICU patients, making a real difference in critical moments
Perform advanced procedures like wound care, manage EVDs, lead codes, and coordinate MTP protocols
Collaborate seamlessly with a team-focused staff in a 30-bed unit equipped with cutting-edge critical care technology
Monitor and support 2:1 ICU patient ratios, adapting dynamically to census changes
Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU units to broaden your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
Must-have trauma, burn, and surgical ICU background
Strong communication and critical thinking skills to thrive in fast-paced scenarios

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in critical care equipment and Meditech EMR
Skilled in team collaboration, asking questions, and jumping in to help others
Comfortable with high-acuity patients and dynamic staffing needs
